You could try Chilako Meats on Hwy16, just West of town....

There's also Hunnifords out towards Ness Lake, don't know how much room they would have though, best to call them.

I use A+B meats in chilako. Fred has been cuttin for a long time, and has never screwed up an animal for me. It is a clean place and he is charging 50cents per pound cut and wrapped. His sausage is excellent. Usually is pretty busy this time of year so call to see if he has room. Moosin
