A lot of great sites to see right here in our own back yard of BC.
Amazing how so few of us actually take the time to see it, but rather travel elsewhere.

Nothing wrong with doing both. I have spent my whole life exploring the corners of this place I call home but exploring beyond the borders of the Shire is rather exciting too. :)

Yes it certainly is a place where one needs to go back and spend more time in!!! I'll spend some time there again this summer on my way up to the Yukon and NWT. Thinking about hitting the Cassier highway on the way home and spending some time on that side.

Dana - yes hit the Cassiar side as well. Post some pics of some of the bearded wildlife from that side, the increase precip seems to bring out the crazies. Not to say that is a bad thing

For sure I'll be taking photos of all willing wildlife I may encounter. Have several target criiters I'm hoping to get photo sessions with. I'm sure there will be several thousand images on the SD cards by the end of the trip. Will certainly post up some highlights for HBC. Just got The Milepost in the mail yesterday. Looking forward to the indepth planning sessions this winter.

From Boya lake down to Cottonwood should afford you some sheep, goat, photo ops. The further south it seems like the bears take over. There are some great spots South of Bob Quinn for goat and bear pics in the pass.
If you have the time go to to Stewart.
