Merry xmas everybody. Cant believe in up before our 4 year old. Anyways, I just got a garmin 62s gps and want to load it up with a few topo maps of the areas I'll be hunting next year. Never had a gps before. What do you more frugal guys use for your gps maps? Brmb seem waaaaaay overpriced and there has to be a way to load maps on the cheap ya?

They do have specials from time to time. They had one just last week. Don't know if it's still valid. Check their website.
You've spent the bucks on a very good GPS unit, don't cheap out on the maps.

if you do get BRMB I would go on their website and register it. Then you can download a version of the maps to use on your computer with Basecamp which is free from Garmin. Lots of usefull tools for planning or tracking where you have been.
