If you read the link in the petition, the 4200 is the area that is to be studied. After the study the area for a gondola will be much smaller but it doesn’t say how much.

I love down hill Mtn biking .....

Congratulations on loving downhill mtn biking.....but will I be allowed to use that area for other outdoor activities? Or will it fall under some permit to operate which limits what/how it can accessed?? Or how much it will cost to access the area?

I just forwarded, as my friends son uses the area.
I don't, but just helped him out with his concerns on here.
Maybe a few other members use the area, and want to know, FYI.
Otherwise, I can add anything

So we are set up to loose access to land across BC do to environmental and FN reasons and the ability to fish part of our coastal waters do to orca protection

Who the F voted this government into power?

I like the part that states they're going to study traffic? What traffic you just closed is it down. HARD NO!!

The primary focus of this investigative phase will be to conduct environmental, geotechnical and engineering studies (including traffic studies). Water, sewer, storm water, hydro, natural gaspropane, and telephonecommunication systems will also be extensively evaluated.

Dont forget that area has a small mountain goat population. If they put in a ski hole you can kiss that population goodbye.
