Friend of mine is selling his property North of Grand Forks. Was just chatting with him about it and it sounded pretty sweet in regards to access.
Snowball Creek FSR is just the down the street and the property borders a large parcel of undeveloped land that is hunt-able as well.
It's a bit of a random spot that doesn't get attention and he has relisted with a different realtor.
I've seen folks talk about their desire to buy a rec. property so I thought I'd post it on here.
