Youth waterfowl permit?

My daughter has a youth hunting license (under my license/tags). I have a Canadian waterfowl permit/stamp as well.

Does my daughter require a Canadian waterfowl permit/stamp, or is she licensed with her youth hunting licence under me?

I would assume not because your hunting license is provincial and waterfowl licenses are federal. Plus its only $20.
