When does the Whitetail and Mule deer rut start in the East Kootneys?

I have been hunting in the southern end of the East Kootneys (4-2,4-22,4-23). I am wondering when the rut starts for Whitetail and Mule deer?

Mulies are in now, lots of swollen neck dummies in town now strutting. (Deer ) Whighties- mid November.

Every year I hope to find the mulies' with the does before nov.10, every year I'm disappointed. Lots of young bucks usually sniffing around but they're around in oct too...
