Well, just returned from guiding an archery elk hunt. Lots of elk, just never got one in close enough for my hunter to fling an arrow.

Heading out to guide for the rifle opener, should be good. Good luck to everyone, hope to see lots of pictures when I get back from the bush.

seems to be the norm this season for archery elk hunts - hubby never got one either - but he did a chance to see a few just not close enough to get a shot off :( - always next year I suppose
