Mule Deer movements

Hi everyone...

We took a good hit of winter in the Golden area this week (30-50cm at treeline) and I am wondering how the mule deer will deal with that. Is there migration from higher country based on current snow conditions? or is it more of a specific date range? Just wondering if I should still be poking around up high. Curious of peoples experience with early season deep snow and animal movements.

Boots on ground and scout the area ! If the sign is there the deer are. Every single population of deer will be different on how the react to weather etc.

What I'm trying to say is no one but people local to you will be able to offer much !
