Surrey lake resort

Booked a week long stay oct15 on at Surrey lake fishing resort. Looking for feedback on weather expectations . I’ll find my own “honey hole” but any feedback on the resort and weather are appreciated . Looking for my first big game animal and main transportation is the shoelace express .
