This is a spike showing up in my backyard today. I couldn't find my digital camera, so I had to use my crappy phone to take some crappy photos. This is the best one so far. :-PI got so close to him that I almost wanted to grab him and walk him to Newport Village for a beer together.

Interesting, I always wondered if there was deer in this neck of the woods.
We've seen lots of bears and coyotes, but never a deer before.

Oh I've seen a lot of deer in Port Moody, and there're some spots where you can bow hunt. Where this young buck lives is a good bow hunting spot too. :smile:
