15 yo nephew

My nephew is 15 and lives with us due to better opportunities in school compared to where my sister is. He has shown interest in hunting but I don’t know what I need to do to get him on the way so he can legally go and enjoy the lifestyle.

i need to learn as well as I have 4 little ones that always want to go but are too young yet according to my wife

Get your nephew the initiation hunting licence. take him out a few times and if the opportunity arises let him take the shot. that should get him hooked:wink:. i have a 2 & 3 year old that i will be taking out with me hunting this season mostly road hunting though

Get hold of Ricky Auch in Winfield, avid hunter with his family & a certified CORE instructor/examiner. Look into Oceola Club membership if not already a member. Rick's son is about same age as your nephew, already bagged a deer this season.
