Hello Hunting BC

I'm in the military and I just recently got posted to Chilliwack from Edmonton. This might be a long shot but I was wondering if I could possible get a hunting partner for the upcoming session. I'm not new to hunting as I hunting in Alberta. I hunt with both rifle and Bow.

Thanks in Advance

Eric

Welcome Eric. I'm in chilliwack also. I have all my big trips booked already but maybe we can get out for a day trip somewhere. Cheers

Welcome to the valley! Look to the south, east, and north. There are deer on all those hills, but you have to travel to find them. Start reading up on blacktail hunting and get ready to climb those hills.

I never knew that. It's definitely the way it should be!

That's awesome. I had to miss last hunting season as a new transplant (no issue with that rule). So far this year my 10 yr old son has shot a bear and a goat and I got a stone sheep.

If you are familiar with hunting then just go for it, no partners for me. I chatted with a few guys, poured over threads here, and scouted on google earth and maps then went for it.
