Not sure if they pack exactly where you want, but I’ve gone with Steamboat Mountain Outfitters many times, and have always been impressed.

I've been with Steamboat three times, although years ago. I hear they are accessing the same country. Great trips all of them. Terrific country. Tanner and his Dad I hear are running a great show, after taking over from the previous owner.

How much do u guys figure it costs for the pack in and out and how much weight supplies/time are you allowed in a given area

You are looking at around $3.500 to 4.000. About 75 lb max for your gear. 10 day hunt.
