Hello all,
I was fortunate to get a tag for Caribou for this MU. Would anyone be willing to share some good hot spots for hunting Sept 15-30.
Thanks

First post? It goes like this... You contribute, we contribute. Back and fourth, knowledge is earned not given :). Best of luck with your draw.

I don't really care about your post count....but wish I had some info for ya. There seems to be quite a bit of info out there on the area, the draw, lakes that people fly to, etc on here from years past.

Good luck on the hunt!

Do some research on typical caribou habitat, and habits, if you don't already know. Use google earth, and look at some maps to get an idea.

Then pick out your spot and go.

Also if you could provide him with all the GPS coordinates for the collared rams over 42" in 6-20 that would be great.

Land on Cold fish. Go north to plateau. Hike and hunt.

Early morning and last light when you aren't paying attention seem to be prime time from what I've read.
