Shot it last night, finished skinning at 1:30am. Still beat and no energy from pulling it out to make a story or post. Will email pics to prove it. I’m done

It’s at the butcher right now. Gonna try new service with a guy in langley that just open his new shop and has 15 years of knowledge of being a butcher. Gonna give him a try and see how it goes.

Do you or Chris want to share his way of keeping the meat cool? Always interested in how other people do it. I might learn something even at my age. moosecamp

Wasnt much too it. Monday I knew wasn’t gonna be too warm and physically couldn’t hang it because of the weight so I had it on a clean piece of lumber wrap, put two large fans on it and put vinegar and black pepper on it to keep flys off. I would roll it over every couple hours to get all sides. Also made sure minimal traffic in and out of garage

Because I was battling time and heat I never taped it with hide on, so after skinned it was 6’5
