BC Private Land resources

I'm sure many of you know of these resources for finding private land here in BC:

BC Online Cadastre:

BC Parcel Map:

Couple questions if anyone can help:

1) Can anyone tell me if it is possible to get this information into Google Maps or Google Earth or even the Hunt Buddy BC app? It would be awesome to have all this property information on your phone while hunting, while using your phones GPS to show your location, especially when there is no cel service.

2) I just bought the Hunt Buddy BC app and it looks like you can import WMS Map Source URL's but I can't get it to work. I've been trying to use the 'WMS getCapabilities request' here: https://catalogue.data.gov.bc.ca/dataset/parcelmap-bc-parcel-fabric
It doesn't work in the Hunt Buddy app.

Any suggestions/ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

The BC assessment website also works well...not necessarily for integrating the info into google maps, but it still gives a fairly clear outline..
