Anybody got a recipe for coconut curry sausages? Hoping to get a spring bear and make a bunch of these!

I use a basic beef sausage type recipe but substitute water for coconut milk, add in some shredded coconut, and i use a yellow curry. Sorry as I couldn't find a recipe either its been a bit of guess work but is one of our favorite sausages. Heres one to try below i just found, I would add coconut milk to it.

They taste good. Piper meats in Nanaimo makes them thats where we first tried and then copied.

I’m guessing these are fresh sausage and not smoked or cured ?
