If you are like me, checking frequently and wondering why the synopsis and leh application process is running about a month behind this year, I have this to share.
I received an email up date this morning regarding dates for synopsis publication online, and expected dates for applications. I have pasted a copy of the response below.
You are correct, we had the 2017-2018 LEH Synopsis online in March last year. The new online system and various updates and upgrades make it a little tough to match timeframes in the early going, but publication from year to year should normalize as we go. We don’t have a specific publication date yet but we are getting very close to publishing the 2018-2019 LEH Synopsis online. We have been looking at middle of April for publication so it should be available online soon. Paper copies of the new synopsis will take a couple of weeks to print and distribute across the province. Then the online system will activate for LEH application submission by the end of April and once the system is activated you can submit either online or in person at a Service BC, FrontCounter BC or vendor. The deadline date for applications is not yet set but last year the deadline date for LEH application submission was May 26 so expect a similar date this year and it will be set once the synopsis is published.
