Got back from our moose hunt around fort saint john and can say that it was a very good trip. For our company of three we have got two young moose bulls in three days of hunting. Saw a lot of other wildlife as well. Will try to post some pictures.

These two young bull moose were encountered during our scouting trip on 14th of August. Just a day before the opening. Both of them were taken by other hunters on the following day.

I also want to say a big thank you to my friends Vladimir, Eugene and Doug who shared all the difficulties and joy of this hunt and withount whom this trip would not be possible at all. Separate thank to Doug for his help and for sharing his experience and knowledge with us, green hunters.

I really like the pic's of the living game. It gives me ideas of what type of terrain to look for, once I decide to give Moose a go.

Thanks!

One beer in hand, and another on deck, that's the sure sign of a tag being cut.

Good to see you have your priorities straight: Meat first then Miller Time.

Good set of pics, can you give us some background on the hunt: Why you chose this place, what equipment you use and so on?
