Youth Seasons

Just a reminder to everyone, in the off chance you haven't seen it in the Regs, several of the Regions have open youth Mule & Whitetail seasons.

Most of these start September 01 for about a week, and the youths are anyone under 19.

This is a good chance to take the kids, nephews, neices, cousins, or friends
out hunting early and gives them a bit of a head start on the regular season.
This is a little over one week away so lets get those future hunters out
there:-D

I've encouraged about a dozen groups of adults and kids to go to Region 8 and take advantage of these seasons, they are all going. It shoudl be great for them!:-D

Is Bartell taking you, Gatehouse? He does claim to be your father, after all!

Good luck to all the youngsters in the youth seasons! I'm looking forward to the pics of what they get!

Kid has to be 10 to 14 (currently) and needs a junior hunting licence. $7
Anything they shoot is a cut tag in your pocket!!!

Or the junior could be 14-18 and have a BC RH#, purchase a RHL and cut their own tag ... pg. 7 Synopsis:wink:

I'm taking my boys up to reg 8 also, first timers should be interesting. They also have moose draws in reg 3 in Nov.It will be pretty cool if they took a nice buck and bull in their first year.

yeh--there is a boy here with a gun and he wants to use it--deer everywhere are shaking in there beds at the thought---I predict a plethora of missed opportunities--tears--and if the planets align in time and space a 170 grain 30 cal from a savage 30-30 will somehow find it's way into a unlucky young buck--please oh please fly straight and true.
