Just saw this in our local paper tonight that 6-14 and 6-16 and portions of 6-15 and 6-30 that overlap the Nass watershed are closed this year for all moose hunters due to very low moose numbers. LEH remains open.
Apparently the the Nass moose population has declined approx 50% since 2001.
This may be old news for most of you but thought I'd post it anyway.
