I have the deeks for Brant (just canada's with white hockey tape around the necks lol), but my friend was having issues with his outboard and we couldn't get it back on the water in time. :-(

Region 2-4 March 1-10 Brant hunting. Are you allowed to hunt from a boat? I thought the rega didn’t allow hunting from boats but how else would you do it? Is the hunting like other waterfowl hunting? Set out decoys and call them in from a boat blind?

I'd have to go back and look at the regulations, but I'm fairly certain that you can hunt from a boat so long as it is stationary and at anchor.

Where are the likely spots for the newb? I read around Deltaport? Between the ferry bridge and Deltaport or on the other side? I'll do some driving around before March.
