Any ideas? Can't be hunting because there is not a thing living around here that can't climb a tree.

Date was wrong on the first cam.
These fucrz killed a small buck and his buddy where I placed the cam that got their pic.
Then they killed a doe and her fawn where I got the wolverine pic.

Not a track of anything other than predators. Going to be even slimmer pickin's then it has been around here probably for at least 5 years maybe more.

Get your trappers course so you can start snaring wolves, kill the the cats you tree and fall black bears could be on the menu.

Does it see the camera, or just smell where it was placed?

Does a person need to buy a trapline, or is there a way to trap with just the licence?

What trail cam are you using, very clear pics, is there video mode as well. Need to make an investment of a few cams, with very little snow I have to use something to figure out what the wolves are doing.

Does a person need to buy a trapline, or is there a way to trap with just the licence? Don't need to own a trapline but you could lease one, trap on private property or help another trapper and they could mentor you.

This. If your cams are on private land and you get permission from the landowner. :)
