We were looking to go for Caribou around Gnat pass south of Dease Lake in August when the season opens. We looked on Google earth and saw there was a few trails heading up to the alpine areas. We wanted to use our UTV to access these trails and was wondering if anyone knows what condition these trails/ roads were in. Are they accessible by UTV and how far can you go. We know that the east side of the highway has a height restriction on it so we will just hunt the west side of the highway. We were also wondering if August 15 would be a good time to go or better to go later in the season. We also were looking at the Table mountain area east of Jade city wondering if that is a good area also, Any info would greatly help
