Ice Fishing can be hit or miss depending on how cold my boys get. I don't have a heater for our tent yet.

Thats for sure, can be tough at times, but when they are biting its fantastic. Tent heaters are great, you probably have done this already but you could use some pocket warmers in their boots?

I haven't tried the pocket warmers yet because they are usually bored before their feet get too cold. As they get older, their attention span is getting better. I'm looking forward to longer days on the ice.

Kool video.My son and I were in the far orange tent.I was done with my 5 kokanee by 10:15.Lots of screaming going on over there?

We love to scream and have fun when we Catch a fish. I believe it helps the experience. My oldest boy want to go ice fishing again because of how well and how much fun he had.
