Have any of you seen in the paper the BC Conservation Foundation is conducting a review of the LEH System. Public consultation is being held @ the BEST Western 1250 Rogers Way, Kamloops BC Saturday AUG 25.
There will be three sessions 2pm 4pm and 6pm (2h each).
Might be a good chance to voice some concerns.

Are they conduction meetings in other places than Kamloops? it's not like the majority of hunters live there and only there??

It's good that this process is underway, but more input from more people might just make for a better system.

Nothing like holding a couple in two key areas of the proivince.....it will be intreresting to see the turnout and the demographics of that turnout.

A consultation will be taking place in every region, so not only just kamloops. Hopefully someone will post the next meeting once announced after kamloops.

Sorry if I offend someone by saying this but I intend no harm what so ever ... it's just my opinion, that's all. I guess I missed the part when they changed hunting from a "peoples right" to a "privilege of the few". Sounds to me like someone is interested in creating some new or modified self-imposed controls on the hunting population again.
