That's a pretty nice looking ram. Hard to tell from that angle but I'm guessing 7 unless I'm missing an annuli on the tip????

Edit: and assuming a better look would show one more at the base....

I'm not a sheep aging expert by any means, but I have him at 7. And yes, i found him high up in the Clearwater highcountry. Nice to see them reclaiming ground that once was their historic habitat.

That's a nice Ram. But Clearwater? Didn't think Thinhorn were that far south or are we talking a different Clearwater.

Shhhhhhh....or Clearwater will be the place where all the big rams are around every tree, just like Mule deer used to be.....

Nice to see you posting again Steve!! I have been following your stuff on FB and IG and would hope that you would post up some of your stuff up here as we have some great new people here who are willing to learn and soak up the info/pictures like a sponge!!

Good

You.

It seems thus place might be close to a turn around. A few members are starting to post stories. One of the problems is it's hard to load pics. We used to be able to easily use the site itself to load pics..but every time I have tried I fail...

I did the imgur thing last night for the first time for the moose story I posted. I had problems with file sizing initially, but figured it out.
