I think they were just burried in the snow all winter and lost their tan. Give em a few more weeks and they should brown up nicely. They been spending too much time in the dark forest I guess???? heheheheheeee

White Moose

Aren't those the White Moose along Hwy #24 ? (Near Bridge Lake)

A couple years ago we fished at Lac De Roches, and they have those White Moose around that area.

Its very unique. Basically they're Albino, complete with pink eyes.

It would be best to use a quality bullet, so as not to get too much "red stuff" all over the new rug!!!

There's been a few pictures online for some time, but like Darcy said these ones are from Ontario, and yes there's even some freaks that want to protect them, all because they're missing a chromosome or something??

They're all brown on the grill!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here we go again. Check out whitemoose.ca, I think this is where most of these picture surface. They are a subspecies, not true albinos.

I know the guy who actually took this picture.

These moose were taken between Beaverdell and Kelowna early this spring, near Big White/ McCulloch Lake..

There's odd one kicking around Vanderhoof / Fort St James.

Not to dispute you, but these were posted in two other threads back in January, one claiming they were taken last fall. Check out threads Albino Moose in Okanagan and White Moose! Also in the photo galley under 4pointer91's album posted Jan 4/07
