Region 3 extended mule deer survey

Branching out from the other thread regarding mule deer regs, did any of you receive the mule deer survey for region 3?
I'm not talking about the little tick a box harvest survey, this was a multiple page user survey that had multiple questions about age class of targeted bucks and reasons for hunting reg.3 etc. etc.

Nope... A group of 10 guys that hunt together in R3, out of the 10, 4 got the survey and only 1 had shot a buck the previous season

I think it went by how much time u wrote down on your previous surveys as to areas u hunted in

i got one and i spend ALOT of time in 8-21/3-12
