Nice! I'm heading out tomorrow on the Fraser with buddies. Won't be out early since the tides aren't working in favour for the boat launch, but should be a fun afternoon/sunset hunt non the less...

Looking forward? Season's been open for a month. But I get the itch for next season around Dec. 11-12:cry: I'm just one of those people out on opening day. Bear in freezer Labour day weekend...

Got my first 3 of the season this morning! I think the two hens are Northern Pintails, is that correct?

Congrats nice start to the season. The Pintails look like drakes to me just not in full plumage yet.

Ducks and Geese opened up on the 8th of Oct. Unless you count the week long goose opening in September... the waterfowl season only just got underway. :-)
