As far as I knew 3-30 was open to hunting but the areas that have been hit by fire were closed, but yesterday I was told I wasn't aloud in 3-30 at all to hunt, just wanted to check on here if that was true because I haven't read that any where. Cheers

Unless you heard that from a C/O or similar body of authority, I wouldn't hold any stock in that.

This map shows a lot of 3-30 closed. I matched it up with a back roads B.C. map book that shows MU's.

So lets get this straight. Just checked regs and nothing is adding up with what I read on this site.

I read that there are NO ATVS to be used for the purposes of hunting in the MU 3-28, 29 and 30. NO ATVS, not even on FSR's, for the purposes of hunting.

I did NOT read that these MU's were closed to hunting. Is there RELIABLE information contrary to this? I did not see anything on the Ministry hunting regs page.

just pack your rifle with you for "protection"...you aren't hunting, its for self defense going to and from your trail cams
