Can any members confirm the existence of this roadblock at turnoff around 11km on the Rialto road??
Multiple trucks parked across the road and many elk hanging.
I encourage local members to go out and get pictures asap!!
This needs to stop.

Only beginning at the road closure sign. Which is roughly at 11km. Why would they let animals hang in this heat though? Makes no sense

Not unusual to see camps and people parked at the road closure sign. Maybe more this year with the EK shutdown.

I call BS on the roadblock. There is no natives in Castlegar! Its "the valley of the lost souls" to the natives.

I don't know him at all, I don't hunt the area.
Somebody posted something about it on fb and I was just seeing if anybody else knew anything about it.

Wasn't trolling at all.
