They are probably the best tasting deer in the world if you haven't tried it you're missing out. But we are planning to go back to the islands to hunt them and November this will be my second time there it is a completely different environment and it's a lot tougher to hunting than any other black tails I've hunted

I am lucky because I'm going with my boss and he's good friends with a local resident and we have a place to stay as well as a vehicle to use

The first time I went I was hunting with my good buddy from Saskatchewan and for the first three days we were hunting with his bow only. We did not connect on a deer with his bow so he use my rifle and got into point and then all we saw was doe's after that. So now I'm going up there for the second time
