ATVs and youth season ahead

Heading into region 3 for youth season. What are the chances they open the forest to atvs prior? Thoughts?

Can't see it happening . No rain

There has been rain. Fair bit too. Been soaked in rain gear. Plenty of puddles very little dust on roads. Least in the east portions of region 3. They could open it up here without much risk at all.
