Off road vehicle restriction in Cristian Valley

I was wondering if Cristian Valley is part of the off road vehicles restrictions and what is the chance that will be lifted before the kids starting season on September?

I do not expect this ban to be lifted until late September even early October if conditions continue to be the same.
