Smithers area road conditions

I got a got goat draw for the Smithers area, just wondering if anyone had any idea or experience with what the road conditions would be like on the McDonell Lake FSR down to around the lake area in january february, runs west from between Smithers and Telkwa.

Road should be open to mcdonnel lake, but probably not past there.

Depending on if they are logging back there or not. No logging no plowing. pretty rugged goat territory for that time of year.
