hard to see but there is 3 cubs in the pic 2 brown guys and a blackie, I never seen differnt color cubs before.

I missed that little black guy the first time, excellent picture.I've never seen a sow with different colored cubs.I'm guessing that it's not common for them to have different colored cubs in the same litter.Does anybody know how often this occurs?

Neat colors. At first glance I thought that third cub was mom's back leg. Did look kinda wierd though.

the majority of sows with cubs i seen this year had multiple colours. one sow had 4 cubs, and two were brown, one blonde, and one black. this year, i didnt see any sows with only one cub. the area in whick i hunt bears is about 70%color phase also...8)

I seen these bears by Grassy Plains, on the south side of Burns Lake, I was over there grizley hunting this spring. No griz but I did manage to get this hog!http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x114/randyscott44/Picture007.jpgHe looked bigger when he was eating dandi lions on the side of the road.

Mabey you could head out to were you took the pictures and TAKE MORE .Get closer and try to get all the cubs this time....Great pictures,have it as my screen saver.Sure cute when there small.
