I am looking for your best moose pepperoni recipe. I have pork fat graciously cut from the local grocery store, ground moose from last season, my smoker and a variety of spices. Ive tried the one on the latest bear pepperoni thread and it was good and a couple others from the internet searches Ive done but would like to know some of the experienced guys opinions out there are. Thanks for any info.
