I got in on the first try, but I was in there immediately after the results came out. It's hosed now and my brother/wife can't get in to check their results.

Technology (infrastructure and application) looks like stuff I would see mid 90's. Virtualized and auto-scaing on demand is the norm now, but they have 20 years of catching up to do.

Things should settle down later in the day once all the super eager people see their draws and stop pounding it... then the rest will trickle in

The key with the BCeID system is to keep trying. The server is not crashing and the various messages you get reflect some aspect of an interupted log in. The system is likely not built to take any more than about 500 concurrent users at any one time. Probably less than 500. And you can bet today is a day when there could be close to 20,000 trying. When people simply close their browser after finding their results, they are not always immediately logged out. Making it harder for others to get in. Took me about 5 tries. No success, but I was hoping.

Final results are in for my gang of 3. My brother and caddisgirl both got 3-14 antlerless. caddisguy got nothing but is still pleased with the overall results.

We'll do a 3 day trip for the LEH... will keep my eyes peeled for 4 points and whack a few ruffies.

Other than that, I'm chasing Blacktails. Im thinking the money "saved" in gas totally justifies getting a bow so I can start early and maybe find one before the switch in their brain switches to fall mode.

This is BULLSHIT. Have filled out a form properly with a seasoned hunter and I have gotten nothing. He has was successful again 3rd year in a row. My dads buddy who filled it out for the 28th time (life span) still has not won an LEH. These draws are ****ing rigged. As you can tell I am upset lol!

They need to change the way the draw is being done or just stop the LEH overall.

My wife ,Dad ,and I got a 7-26 moose draw.Kids got the local moose draw! We haven't had a moose draw for 10 years, should be an awesome season!

I hear your frustration, my Dad's best friend got the 8-15 Moose twice, two years in a row on an individual hunt?? If we stop the LEH, than all the tags will go to the GO's, think about it.

I'm shocked, 3 years of trying: Got a "Bull only Moose" and "Antlerless only Mule deer" in zone 3-xx which is where my buddy has his off-grid cabin.

My trail camera(s) last year caught the legs of a moose . . . so hope to capture a head photo this year. Of course it also captured a huge Mountain Lion in the same spot, soooo?

Last years trail camera caught: Wolf Pack, Bears, Coyotes, Elk, Moose, Mountain Lion, WT and Mule buck/doe -- I ended up shooting zero since I couldn't make it up to hunt that area and was hunting new territory in 8-6.

Of course one of my trail cameras got lifted by the driver of a white Toyota 4Runner 4x4 right handed drive vehicle with decals on the side -- or I would have had more.

[B]Basically a second camera caught 3 vehicles passing in/out of the area. All others were in/out in 5 minutes, the 4Runner was 15 minutes. So I'm guess it was her [appeared to be a female, or a guy with guy curly hair]. Maybe i'll post the photo since it is a very unique and rare vehicle.

Well my kids got a west kootenay draw. We have seen some really nice bulls in there so lets hope the trend continues. We elk hunt in this area and have seen many moose in sept....not so much during the rifle opening but we will find one.
