Open Season vs LEH

Hi all, I'm getting back into hunting after many years and I have a question about interpreting the regs.

If an opening is listed in the hunting regulations for a particular area, then is it open for any licenced hunter or is it only open with an LEH?

For example: page 44 shows spike-fork moose open in 3-34 to 3-44, 3-46 Sep 20-Oct 31.

Yes the hunting regulations are for open season, and your example is an open season in that area for anyone with a valid BC hunting licence and a tag for that species....LEH hunting seasons are listed in the LEH regulations synopsis...

Thanks Harry Toolips, that's what I was hoping to hear. I've been reading through the LEH synopsis and it got me thinking about it. I just didn't want to get my hopes up.
