Deciphering MU 6-17

Hey there, I am a fairly new resident to the kitimat area and am in the process of exploring new hunting areas, and I was wondering if anyone could help me decipher the regulations regarding region 6-17. I am interested in hunting Caribou and mouse in this area, and by my understanding of the the regs they are both open (5 point caribou) with compulsory inspection? Are those the only restrictions? I am having trouble with all the up arrows downs arrows and asterix lol. Anyways any input would be appreciated.

Anyone ever hunt this area? What type of access would one be looking at? I love hiking so that's not a problem I was just curious if it was a fly in only type area or not
