Loon Lake ice fishing

Spent the weekend at Loon Lake ice fishing. Surprised to see no snow on the ground but the lake was still 8-10 inches thick. The sunny weather was more than welcome! Will try and post some pics.

Lake still that frozen eh? Did you have any luck? We tried about a month ago and got skunked

Skunked also! Caught a few hangovers but that's to be expected.

Haven't been up there at all this winter, Girlfriends family has a cabin there. Winter 2015 there was no snow in february but the lake was solid, pretty neat.

Ya was pretty cool walking on a frozen lake with no snow to be seen. Good friend of mine has a place there so looking forward to getting back.
