I got a west Siberian Laika from Vladimir Beregevoy 5 months ago. He's an amazing dog. Treed his first bobcat at five months old and bailed up a 300lbs black bear at 8 months. They are such natural dogs in the bush. He's been a dream dog. He's young, so we've only hunted together a few times but each time it feels like I have my buddy out running game with me. With out really training him I can direct him to onto tracks, ask him to go run a line along a slope break and he does it. I looked at a bunch of different breeds before getting him and because I work in the bush, I wanted a dog that could be my buddy out there. Anyone else have one??
