How are turkey populations?

Spring turkey hunt in the koots with my buddy and our young boys is easily the one I look forward to most. My 11 yr old son has his own shotgun now he's excited to hunt with.
Im curious what you guys from down there are seeing for bird #s this year???
I heard the winter has been tough, really hoping the bird population is doing well!

I'm seeing lots of turkeys around the Creston valley.

Some birds here but still lots of snow. Not seeing as many as other years but they may be held up with the snow.
