Well, I took 2 friends out in the 2015 season to see if they would like hunting. One of them did his training last spring and got his first deer with me in the first hour of hunting with his own license last fall. I just got word that the other buddy wants to get in the game too. Can anyone suggest some good options for both CORE and PAL training in the LML? It's b en a while since I did mine and it's no longer an option.

from my experience look no further;
http://www.eatwild.ca/

you can sign up for CORE or PAL courses directly through their website. Their approach to knowledge sharing, experience, entertainment, and community building is what makes them amazing.

http://www.westcoastinstruction.com/index.php

Offers a PAL / CORE combo course. Not including restricted, but if yer hunting this doesn't really matter. Instructors are awesome.

I'll throw in a x3 for Dylan at EatWild. Gives a big community to ask questions to after the course.

I would second west coast. Instructor was awesome. Just know the courses do fill up quick, especially if you're looking to just do the pal. I challenged my Core with them as well.

I did mine through Julian Knight in PoCo - does it at his house and he was just an all round good and knowledgeable guy and his price was fair.

Thanks, all. I will pass these on. I think Kent might have worked with/bought the business of the old guy I used for my CORE 10+ years ago.

OK, I need some help here if it's possible. In 2013 I was able to find a list of instructors for the PAL and restricted classes. For some reason, I can't remeber why, but i chose a guy that taught out of his house in North Eurrey area. Fantastic guy, extremely good teacher. Would be a great teacher for a newbie. Here is my problem, can't remeber how I paid for the course, can't remember his address and can not by any means find such a list again. I would love for my son and wife to go to this guy but I am hitting my head against the wall and it's really hurting !!! :) Can anyone direct me to such a list please ?????

Silvercore AND
Eatwild for me.
They get the job done especially if you don't mind paying.
Realistically you can challenge the CORE pretty easily. Just need to know exactly what to read up on before doing the test.
