Thanks. Great pics. I just bought one and it is in the mail. Should have next week so look forward to putting it out and sharing some pics. I got the IR flash as don't want the flash spooking game (I know some say it doesn't) or giving camera location away.
Any tips you can give a rookie? You can PM me if you wish. Thanks muchly.
If your from 7-12 then your in my general neck of the woods....Cluculz lake.

if you can, position it so the camera points down a trail, instead of side on, or you'll get alot of 'ass shots'. Looking down a trail you'll get more shots of animals coming towards or walking away. Basically they stay in view for longer and the camera has more time to react.

Ive been thinking of getting another camera, but most likely not until next year. Moultrie makes some pretty nice looking units, I currently have the Bushnell 3.0 MP LED infared flash model, which is pretty good.

How's this for a trail cam pic. It was obtained by my son a couple of years ago using an Olympus 360L and a Pix Controller R-232-U board all mounted in a 1120 Pelican box.
