Morning , as title says . Is there still ruffled feathers with the turkey shite being tracked into house . Has neighbor still been tending this flock of birds and grain feeding for our upcoming shoot , or has the fuss , all but died down . More curious than anything .

No pm , just a reminder to belongtotom about the turkey woes in Creston . The neighbor is feeding a flock and OP wants to have a hunt on their property for season opener . Just trying to figure out how legit it is . Could of just re booted the post from dec , there was a lot of interest then .

The spring hunt will go as planned , The local neighborhood feeding program has slowed down but the turkeys also get very aggressive when they feed is held back ,There are a lot of birds in this area ,and a lot of people would like to see them thinned out . So come ask the land owners for space and have a good turkey ,corn fed hunt .
I am still trying to figure out what beauty some body sees in a turkey , other than eating them

Hi Belongtotom! What are you seeing for the fall turkey hunt for this year? Did anything happen with your posts from last year? I would be willing to come and take a turkey out this Oct :)

As I said there are very few turkey in this area this year . There was a hard winter with a lot of kill last winter . WE had way too many and now there are very few . I do not have and answer . Try around Salmo and Castlegar , and grand forks , there seems to be a lot of birds still there Tom
