G'day Lads,

Well we have been back almost a week now and have finally kicked the dreaded jetlag. Our trip to British Columbia was excellent, the Rocky Mountains were breathtaking and the wildlife was incredible.

Here are a few of my wildlife pics, hope you enjoy.

Just great pics for sure! Sorry you caught some nasty weather. Now it's hotter than the hubs (33C). How can one know when? Sure glad you did at least have an interesting and different ride-about! - Chuck.

Really great pics, I'm impressed with your camera and photography skills! Looks like you saw a lot of species too, which most visitors (and many residents!) never see. Good job!

Glad that you enjoyed your vacation here, but did you get any job prospects? You certainly were blessed with an abuncance of wildlife sightings. Being an animal magnet that you seem to be might lead you to a job as an Japanese Tourist Guide.

good for you noel, you got to see a good representation of what BC holds.
the sad thing is you may have seen more of BC in your short trip than some of the people who live here do.

Ditto here. Superb pics. If only the weekend warriors from Mountain Equipment co-op could see so much.

G'day lads,

Glad you all like the pics, these are the best of my animal pics. All up I took over 850 pics, I use a Fuji S5000 it is 6mg with 10 x optical zoom. I seen heaps from the road and stopped often, I put in plenty of short walks and that was the most rewarding (almost as good as hunting). I don't know how you guys are able to drive past the scenery with out stopping but I guess it is what you are used too eh!

I also have a couple of job prospects and hope to be back in a month or two.

The most northern place we went to was Prince George.

I had hoped to meet a few more of you but without a definate plan of where we were going it was tuff to co-ordinate times and places for meetings (sorry to the Lads who got stuffed around).

Back at my normal job now so I gotta keep moving, Catcha.

Cheers Noel
