Seems like this year was a bad year for scopes for me,

had a 4200 4-12x40 that fogged up at the very end of last year, so this February I sent it in took about a month to get it back, but they screwed up the part number on the scope they sent back, l a brand new 4500 with side parallax arrived!

then fast forward to last week, my 3200 3-9x40 fogged up inside :(

this is time it was a one week turn around, another brand new 3500 3-9x40 arrived

I've had these scopes for 5-10 years respectively (I bought one of them used 10 years ago)
nice to have a stand up warranty!

The bushnell guys are pretty good. I left my turret caps at the range after a sight in session 25 some years ago. Wrote them a letter asking if I could purchase new ones. They sent me a set for free.

I've had good experiences with their customer service department as well.

they probably didnt screw up. they probably dont sell the old one and replace with next best. did it for a buddies trail cam and another range finder, all got more valuable gear in return for the old outdated gear

Sounds like they might finally be getting their act together? I've had so many problems with their products and "warranty" in the past that I vowed to never use them again... Maybe they are turning things around...

I had my Gforce 1300 arc Rangefinder fail. On/Off button. Their warranty stated 1 year on rangefinders. I contacted them year 3 and they replaced it with a current new model.

i asked about trail cam also from them before i sent it. they wouldnt say 100%, but basicly said send it and it will be dealt with...basicly if i did it then no. otherwise new one anyways.
their web site used to say lifetime, now their 1 year i believe for those

Bushnell has really picked their game up in the last few years with Canadian Warranty. Used to take 4-6 months and they;d almost always offer you a comparable model for a decent discount off MSRP. Lately it's been a few weeks and new stuff in replacement. Vortex totally took over the majority of their marketshare and they had to make changes

Only you don't have to send Bushnell for warranty before you use it!:shock:

Im a highend gear snob , id buy bushnell over a lot of other highend gear these days. They are building a better product and stepping up their service. Lots of other companies are goin in the opposite direction
